Summary: This collection is comprised of legal documents, wine labels and bottles, and other business materials from Don Byard’s time as owner and co-owner of Eola Hills Vineyard and Hidden Springs Winery.

Note

Biographical Note: Don Byard, along with his wife Carolyn, owned Eola Hills Vineyard. In 1980, they started Hidden Springs Winery with Al Alexanderson. Don was the President of the Oregon Winegrower’s Association for a year and learned how to farm biodynamically from Jimi Brooks.
