Biographical Note: Howard Leichter is a faculty emeritus who served as a professor of Political Science at Linfield from 1980-2008. Leichter recieved a Bachelor's degree from Hunter College, a Master's from the University of Hawaii, and a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin.
