The collection contains mostly paper documents, as well as some VHS tapes. This collection was largely compiled by William Fuller over the years that he ran the vineyard and worked for the Oregon Wine Board. The records consist of mostly business, finance,
and publicity, but there is also a plethora of history and day to day proceedings of the two businesses.

Summary: The William Fuller papers contain documentation on the history of Tualatin Estate Vineyards and the Oregon Wine Advisory Board. The collection spans almost thirty years from 1969 to 1997.

Biographical Note: William (Bill) Fuller has been involved with the Oregon wine industry since the early 1970s. Fuller was co-owner of Tualatin Estate Vineyards, established in 1973. Since the creation of the Oregon Wine Advisory Board, Fuller has been involved with the evolution of the program.
