Seven boxes of materials related to Helen’s life at Linfield as well as many other institutions and also her personal affairs. the collection contains letters, journals, class notes, assignment sketches, and many photos of both Helen’s work, her farm, and herself.

International Programs OfficeThis collection contains a limited, insider’s perspective of Senator Winters’ multiple terms in the legislature, as well as selected windows into her pre-legislative work and personal life. The bulk of the collection is made up of legislative records, which provide a glimpse of the inner workings of the legislative process. The correspondence, primarily from fellow legislators and constituents, as well as extensive press items, also provide contemporary context for Winters’ work and time in the state legislature. Additionally, the select materials regarding Winters’ pre-legislative work, especially the scrapbooks of photographs, correspondence, and press from the 1970s–1980s, emphasize the main areas of professional focus for Winters during that period. The limited pieces of personal documentation supplement these professional records to provide a more comprehensive picture of Winters, her professional efforts, and her personal interests.
Jackie WintersThis collection consists of a scrapbook with clippings of Linfield events and sports, a folder with two Linfield football programs and a clipping on the death of former Linfield football player Howard Glenn, a football champs jacket, two pairs of football cleats, two Linfield-branded ties, and five chenille fabric letters.
John PrutsmanThe collection contains papers, photographs, mimeograph sheets, transparencies, inventory cards, guestbooks, notebooks, films, pamphlets, programs, equipment, and other ephemera relating to the founding and operation of Linfield Research Institute. It also contains awards given to director Walter Dyke, as well as scientific equipment used at the Institute.
Linfield Research InstituteThis collection contains scrapbooks, plaques, uniforms, equipment, trophies, memorabilia, and photographs. Materials range from good to excellent condition.
Linfield AthleticsThis collection contains pictures of Mike Barrow, starting from his early childhood until he joined the army. There are also football photos of Mike Barrow. This collection also contains newspaper articles about Linfield College football, Mike’s death and the medals he earned, condolence letters (from friends, coaches but also important political figures), and letters about the medals. Also in the collection are high school yearbooks.
Mike BarrowThis collection contains artifacts that remain from the fraternity which were used for formal occasions such as the induction ceremony. Binders containing the Officer Manuals, alumni contact information and public outreach are contained at the end of the Collection. Correspondence between the president of the fraternity and the Mu Phi Epsilon region officer and interfraternity flyers, rosters, and notifications are contained in boxes 3 through 5. Of additional interest are the organizational necessities, including minutes, active member information, and register.
Linfield Music DepartmentThe contents of the collection include one box containing one annotated 1941 yearbook, one folder, three paddles, and three sweater patches. One extra 1941 yearbook, one 1942 yearbook, and one 1943 yearbook have been interfiled with the Linfield Yearbook Collection in the Linfield University Archives.
Oliver and Carol Pence JohnsonThis collection contains Rodney Romney’s personal memorabilia from his time at Linfield which includes a yearbook, paddle, coffee mug, photos, and various pamphlets. A majority of the Rodney Romney collection consist of both recorded and paper copies of his sermons from 1980 to 2001. There also is documentation of both Rodney Romney and Bernie Turner’s sermons through personal journals of unknown churchgoers.
Rodney RomneyThis collection consist of four folders with scrapbook pages on Ron Parrish's 1956 and 1957 Linfield football seasons, small pictures and clippings on Linfield football, and two Linfield football programs from 1958 and 1961.
Ron ParrishAmongst the memorabilia and ephemera of the Linfield Upward Bound Collection, there are significant numbers of candid photos and slides documenting the 42-year history of the grant-run program at the Linfield campus. Because this program was federally run and supported, there are numerous grant application materials and fact- books pertaining to intricacies of federal TRIO program policies. This collection also contains examples of student work, articles documenting Upward Bound successes and scrapbooks compiled during the Upward Bound program’s presence at the Linfield campus.
Linfield Upward Bound ProgramThis collection contains magazine clippings as well as several issues of wine periodicals. The bulk of the content is auction material. This includes photographs, auction items, and guides. The photographs contain images of both the silent and live auctions, mainly from the mid- to late-1990s. There are many photos of the auction baskets as well as the guides, which contain information about each wine that was auctioned that specific year. The auction items include wine glasses, guest gifts and other similar items. The rest of
the material is primarily publicity items that have either been published by ¡Salud! or articles that have been written about the organization.
